Artist Discipleship exists to strengthen the soul of the creative.
We are a pastor-led discipleship organization for recording artists, musicians, worship leaders, managers, and producers who feel the weight of a God-given calling in an industry full of distraction, pressure, and noise.
Our focus is not on production quality, release strategy, or promotional campaigns - that work lives with our partner, The Recording Agency, a music organization built to help artists craft excellent, competitive records with industry experience and strategic support.
Here, we invest almost exclusively in the spiritual foundation of the artist:

Faith-driven creatives often disciple others through their music while lacking discipleship themselves. We reverse that trend by ensuring the music professional is spiritually poured into, supported, formed, and known - not just heard.
About the Founder
Adam Wood is an ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene, serving in pastoral ministry in Illinois.
Across years in the music industry - including formative seasons in Nashville and Los Angeles - Adam has developed artists, written music, and worked hands-on in both the creative and business sides of the industry.
He founded the Christian rock duo Brightstar, whose single FIGHT (ft. KJ-52) reached #1 on the Christian Music Weekly CHH/Rhythmic chart, a milestone that solidified his conviction that music can be more than art - it can be ministry, message, and movement.
Adam also founded The Recording Agency LLC, an independent record label and production company that helps artists build their sound and platform with excellence and strategy.
Adam is currently completing his BA in Psychology with an Autism Minor at Liberty University (expecting to graduate Summa Cum Laude in 2026), reflecting his commitment to understanding both the human mind and the spiritual heart.
As the founder and leader of Artist Discipleship, Adam’s focus is singular:

His mission is to walk with creatives as they grow in Christ, build biblical identity, form steady spiritual rhythms, and stay anchored to Jesus in an industry overflowing with distraction and competing voices. He believes creativity thrives most powerfully when it flows from a rooted, discipled inner life - guided by Scripture, shaped in community, and steadied by spiritual formation.
Because the calling on an artist matters too much to leave their soul unsupported.
